Since we work with international suppliers, we do not accept direct exchanges based on size, color, or model.

If the customer wants a different item, they must request a return of the product received (following the rules above) and place a new order.

Exceptions: If the product is incorrectly shipped (e.g., you ordered a white keyboard and received a black one), the store will cover the exchange.
